Story Behind the Song:
I had a picture in my mind of billions of cups and glasses all over the ground and God just saying something like, “If my love could be measured like water, all of the cups in the world would never be enough.” To me it was a simple yet profound picture that I knew I just needed to share. All along, I could hear drums and bass for this track with a very mellow version as well. So, we decided to do one in between and make it into a radio version for another album. I actually prefer this version because it has this nice cool breeze sort of flow to it.

Lyrics

Measure My Love
Music by Kassie Tyers
Lyrics by Kassie Tyers and Drew Brown

Like the stars in the sky and grains of sand
Too many to count with you’re two hands
Lay down in these fields pillows made of grass
Too many to count with you’re two hands

Darling, try to measure my love
Darling, try to measure my love
Darling, try to measure my love
Cause all of the cups in the world would never be enough

Close your eyes my dear sweet child
I will hold you close with these two hands.
