Music is a medium that breaks down barriers. Even someone who doesn’t speak English can be touched by music. It’s a miracle. To be part of that, to give them a laugh, to talk to people before and after a concert, it’s a connection that music offers and I love it... READ MORE

Having hope in this Covid-19 season

April 1, 2020.

In a world of lock downs, stock market crashes, fear, lay offs, deaths and pandemic, how can we stay positive?

I am working on focusing on things that I am thankful for, living in the moment, as well as things I am looking forward to.  Also, I am reminding myself that this is not forever, this too will pass!

Thank You Radio Stations!!!

Wow what an eventful few weeks this has been! Getting the new website up, recording a new song, getting stuff ready for sending Blue Socks out to radio stations.

Thank goodness Best Friends Animal Hospital agreed to look after them! Here is a picture of me holding one of the little baby newborns!

Have you ever noticed your mind spinning around and around all of things you have to do? That has been happening for me a lot lately because things have been way too busy! Juggling my job as a school bus driver and my other very part-time job as a respite worker (working one-on-one with two clients), working on launching a new website, getting ready to promote a song to radio stations in the US and Canada and wedding planning!  Not to mention the added responsibilities necessary to staying alive - like…Read more
